Illinois Youth Survey

Belleville West will be administering the Illinois Youth Survey (IYS) to students in the 10th and 12th grades on April 14, 2026.  An attachment is provided below with information pertaining to the survey as well as a link to the Opt-out form. If you would like to withdraw your child/children from this survey you will need to complete the opt-out form and return it to Christy Hanusek in room B122.
