Letter of Recommendation Request

It is common for admissions applications and scholarship applications to require a letter of recommendation, some may require up to THREE letters! Here’s the scoop on how to acquire those letters!

Click the button below. “Make a copy” in your google drive and relabel it appropriately. When you are finished filling it out, use the SHARE button to share with the person you would like to write you a letter.
Be sure to check with the person to make sure they received your document and ask them if they would be willing to write your letter
Letters can come from school, community or church

Pick the person that knows you BEST

Allow that person 2 weeks to complete the letter

It’s always nice to write a brief note of thanks to your recommender!

How to Send Your Transcript

BTHS 201 has partnered with Parchment to send your official transcript quickly and securely to outside institutions.

SAT scores from the school-wide testing day in April will be included on transcripts unless you notify the registrar that you opt out of including test scores on your transcript. Other test scores from National SAT and ACT test dates may not automatically be included. Students should review their transcript to determine if all needed test scores are included prior to sending transcripts. If you determine that a score is not on your transcript and you would like it to be,  please stop by the counselors’ office and we will see if we can assist you.

Transcript requests are free during your senior year. On August 1st, following graduation, there will be a fee of $5.00 associated with sending your transcripts.

All orders are processed during normal school business hours.  |  Third party requests must also be made through the Parchment system.

If you have questions regarding your transcript, please contact the BW Registrar, Ms. Sarah Schraufnagel at 618.222.7676
or through email at
sschrauf@bths201.org.
