Due to the uncertain weather forecast for this Saturday, the 2026 Belleville West Commencement Ceremony will take place in our gymnasium according to the Plan B schedule:

Plan B- Rehearsal times by last name: 

• Friday, May 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. for Seniors A-G
• Friday, May 15, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. for Seniors H-O
• Friday, May 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. for Seniors P-Z

• Friday, April 24th: Senior Exit Survey deadline – The Senior Survey will be emailed to each senior in early April and they MUST complete it. The survey helps us create the Senior Honors Book and provides the school with the necessary information about our graduates’ plans and future.
• Thursday, April 30th: Senior Class Meeting – This important class meeting will be in the PAC at 10:00am.
• April 30th and May 1st: Jostens Orders Pickup – Pick up your announcements, caps, and gowns from the cafeteria during lunch hours.
• Friday, May 1st:  Senior Decision Day & BBQ!  Seniors are invited to enjoy their Senior BBQ and celebrate their future plans from 10:30am – 1:30pm in the main gym.
• Monday, May 4th at 7:00pm:  Senior Honors Night –  Seniors are invited to an optional ceremony in the Performing Arts Center to recognize academic and community achievements. Honors will be awarded for various awards and scholarships, certain special programs, as well as Honors stoles. Honorees should arrive by 6:45 PM and wear business attire (no cap and gown required). Seating is available for family and friends.
• May 4-12:  Senior Textbook Return:  Students must turn books in on their own and confirm that all fees are paid.
• Tuesday, May 12th:  Seniors’ Last Day!
