Guidelines
Tips for Infectious Disease Control recommended by the St. Clair County Health Department:
Proper hand washing before, during and after school and covering your nose and mouth when you sneeze and/or cough is extremely important. For more info, see the 3C’s Poster.
If a sexually transmitted infection or disease is suspected, contact St. Clair County Health Department for referral information for testing and/or treatment. You can find additional information here.
Skin eruptions should be followed up with a professional healthcare provider (i.e. MRSA, Ringworm, etc.).
Individuals with gastrointestinal upset should be free from vomiting and/or diarrhea for 24 hours before returning to school.
