Mrs. Gannon reported on summer school and alternative program registration for the upcoming 
school year. 

 

Dr. Mentzer reviewed district finances reporting the State of Illinois currently owes the district 
just under 1.18 million dollars. The district received a property tax distribution of over 9 million 
dollars. Transportation had another very good year. The interfund loan resolution authorizes the 
district to loan money from one or more funds to other funds. The resolution and year to date 
balance sheet are provided to the districtÕs auditor.

Ms. Taylor is working through corrections for all the state assessments. The district hosted an 
Administrator Academy in partnership with the Illinois Principals Association on Friday at 
Belleville West. The topic was Equity and Racial Literacy for School Leaders. Ms. Taylor 
recommended expanding the new Biology book purchase as the textbook will also meet the 
needs of our Wildlife Biology courses.

Board to issue $3,000,000 working cash fund bonds for the purpose of increasing the working
