Student Council members learn the process of student government while organizing enjoyable and worthwhile activities such as Spirit Week, Blood Drive, Winter Dance, Valigrams, Donkey Basketball and paper recycling.

Eligibility Requirements:

Interest in improving your school and working with fellow students.

Time Commitment:

Meetings are at 7:45 a.m. on Wednesdays and some Fridays. Attendance is mandatory.

Procedure for Joining:

Members are elected by their classmates. Freshmen elect four class officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) and eleven representatives in the fall of the year. Other class elections to name members for the following year are held in the spring.

Activity Time Period:

Activities take place during the school year from August to June.

Membership Limit:

Limited to 15 members per class (60 members).
