...all proceeds to benefit students of the West Marching Band.

Saturday, October 11

West Campus

8:30am - 2:30pm

All students have been given tickets for the event.  Please return all money for tickets sold by Tuesday, October 14. 

Saturday, October 18 Effingham Field Show Competition  

Bring:  instrument in good working condition, marching shoes, black socks, gloves, etc. 

Concessions will be available; bring money for snack or drink, but evening meal will be provided by Parents Assoc. 

Schedule  

Report/Load-  1:00 pm Depart-  2:15 pm Arrive/Effingham High School-  4:00 pm      (watch Class 3A Field Show Bands)

Dinner Break-  5:45 pm  ...sandwich, chips, drink, fruit; provided by Band Parent Association

Dress-  6:15 pm to Practice Field-  7:05 pm Warm-up-  7:30 pm Performance-  8:00 pm      (uniforms/instruments to trailer; dress in casual clothes)

Awards-  9:15 pm

Load/Depart-  9:45 pm Arrive/West Campus-  approx. 11:30 pm
